All the Apples from your trees should have been picked and stored in your shed, barn or garage. You should eat or freeze all the fallen and the picked ones wrapped in old newspaper and put in boxes. When you need to use them go though each box using those, which are touched.

Veal and Ham Pie, onion rings, carrots and mash–Goats Cheese–coffee

Sausage and mustard casserole with onions carrots– boiled potatoe–Blackberry and apple crumble–coffee

Vegetarian Pastie (Mrs P S. Manor) Sweetcorn and Chips–Chocolate pudding–coffee

Roast Venison with Marmalade Gravy, calabrese, braised celery and Roast Potatoes–Upside down apple and quince tart with bramble sauce–coffee

Local Venison can be obtained from Forest Stores or Dr. Sweet.
Goats cheese is also from Peter Girard (263053) and is from The Guernsey Golden breed, which you can see halfway down Le Sage at Le Douit Beuval, St. Peter.

Mustard and Ham Omelet with tomato, onions and boiled mids–chocolate pudding–coffee

Red Mullet ( Oct. to March) with white sauce, beans and Dauphinoise Potatoes–cheese and toasted gache–coffee

Vegetarian Quiche from market with sweetcorn and chunky chips–Tartuffo ( Spanish version of french toast)–coffee

Beef with roasted parsnips, carrots, onions, potatoes
and savoy cabbage–baked jam roll–coffee

Mrs. P”s Kitchen sells vegetarian pies, quiches, pasties etc. at the S.M.m (Saumarez Manor Market) and Wendy also does the same and non vegetarian at C.M. (Catel Market) as well.
